Most homes of Westridge Knolls are built by Richmond American Homes but there are some US Homes as well.  The homes range in price currently from approximately $230,000 to $370,000. 

Many of the beautiful homes in Westridge Knolls offer front range mountain views as some sit rather high on a hill.  There are also plenty of home sites on Foothills Park and open space.  There are also a fair amount of cel-de sac property locations in this neighborhood.

There are many recreation opportunities in Highlands Ranch but Westridge Knolls has a great location with number opportunities right there.  The Highlands Ranch trail system runs along the border of the neighborhood will connect you to the entire trail system  It is also only minutes to the Westridge Rec Center. 

Westridge Knolls is a part of the covenant community of Highlands Ranch, governed by the Highlands Ranch Community Association. 

There are great parks in Highlands Ranch as well, and Westrige Knolls has a neighborhood park right nearby.    Foothills Park is a fantastic park, with a playground, basketball hoops, trail access and fanastic mountain views to enjoy.   

Shopping is also plentiful from Westridge Knolls - including grocery stores & shops - Highlands Ranch Town Center, 10 minutes Aspen Grove Lifestyle Center and 12 - 15 minutes to Park Meadows Mall. 

For frequesnt flyers, the drive out to Denver International Airport is approximately 45 minutes. 

Commuting from the Westridge Knolls is a very convenient - access to Santa Fe Drive is very easy and provides easy access all the way down town, or just minutes to the Mineral Station Light Rail.  There is also an RTD bus commuting center within 3 -5 minutes of the neighborhood at Town Center. It is also just moments from the Lucent entrance to C470, providing easy access to the entire DTC area, the Lockheed Plant, Meridian and more.
