STATISTICS FOR HOME SALES IN THE AREA -Jefferson County – Littleton

This area of Jefferson County has had a good month, better than other areas of the Denver metro real estate market.

Inventory is up but homes sold and closed are up (134 versus last month’s 98) and pending sales are up as well (210 versus last month’s 161). Areas of this part of the Denver MLS are still immensely popular including Ken Caryl and several other Littleton Jefferson county neighborhoods.
